In 2012, a project was born: to change the production model of law firms that, despite selecting, hiring, and bringing on board people with a genuine calling and interest in high-level intellectual and scientific work, subject them to work routines that are, in truth, industrial in nature. It's a paradox: people work in order to learn, but they don't always learn in order to work. It is in this spirit that BMBZ Advogados innovates — and does more.
